Now the company has about 60 employees including 30 Anglo-Russian project management engineers.
In addition, to continuously improve competitiveness and the employees' ability to work, the Company works out detailed training plan each year and organizes training of job-related skill, ship repair, project management, foreign trade and legal knowledge, etc.
